These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Client”, “you”) and SEFA Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”) when you purchase or engage with our AI, automation, or digital services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services We Offer

We provide digital and AI‑driven services including, but not limited to:

  • AI receptionists and voice agents
  • Website and social media chatbots
  • Lead reactivation and automation systems
  • Marketing automation and CRM integration
  • Consulting and strategy sessions

All services are customised and may vary based on the specific agreement with each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

By working with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information and respond promptly to requests or questions;
  • Use AI agents, leads, or automations ethically and lawfully;
  • Not share, resell, or replicate confidential documents, flows, or assets with third parties without our consent.

You are responsible for any content you supply for use in AI systems, advertisements, or chatbots.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Invoices are due within seven (7) days unless stated differently.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
  • All prices are in USD ($) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
  • Custom plans or retainers will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, all payments are non‑refundable, except in cases where:

  • We fail to deliver a service explicitly promised in writing; or
  • A technical error on our part prevents delivery.

Free trials or demos are obligation‑free, but full service agreements are final once paid.

6. Confidentiality

We will not disclose any confidential business information you share with us. Likewise, you agree not to share, resell, or replicate our strategies, templates, or tools without our written permission.

7. Results & Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. number of leads, conversions, or revenue). Performance depends on numerous factors including industry, budget, offer quality, and platform performance. We provide tools, systems, and expertise, but results may vary.

8. Intellectual Property

Any assets, content, or strategies we create (including AI flows, automations, or chatbots) remain the property of SEFA Marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom materials may be licensed or transferred upon request.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate any service agreement without notice if:

  • The client is abusive or unprofessional;
  • Payments are repeatedly missed; or
  • There is a breach of these Terms.

You may cancel a monthly service with seven (7) days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any business interruption, loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
